Property #3

I just read in the Colorado Springs Gazette this morning El Paso County Bond money used for First Time Homebuyers is on hold this year because of skittish investors not wanting to buy the bonds that pay for it. The program has been around since 1979 and has helped more than 6,000 people get into a home. The El Paso County Bond program is a free grant of 4 percent of the home loan to be used for the down payment or closing costs. I’ve used this program to help lots of First time homebuyers get into a home.

On a positive note there are other great programs available for First Time Homebyers to help get them into a home.
